The Scarecrow and the Little Stork
0+For little ones
A lonely Scarecrow promises to keep a wounded little stork safe through winter: a warm tale of friendship.
Late autumn. Pahlavon, a scarecrow his owner has forgotten in the field, pulls himself out of the ground with the help of the Wind and sets off to see the world. On the way he meets Nimjon, a little stork: Nimjon’s wing is hurt, so he cannot fly south with his flock. Pahlavon promises to look after him himself all winter.
The two friends face hard trials: a sly Fox who has her eye on Nimjon, the cold winter and the search for a warm shelter. On stage, three artist-storytellers bring the puppets to life, and the bell-heart on Pahlavon’s chest rings out his joy and his sorrow.
