Public offer

In force from: 2 October 2026

This translation is for information; the Uzbek text is binding.

Please read the terms of the public offer before purchasing tickets. Making payment constitutes full and unconditional consent to all clauses of this contract.

1. General provisions

1.1. In accordance with Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, this document is the official Public Offer (contract) of Navoi Regional Puppet Theatre (hereinafter, “the Theatre”) for the sale of electronic tickets to performances to natural persons (hereinafter, “the User” or “the Buyer”).

1.2. Placing an order and making payment through the Mini App constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

2. Ticket purchase and payment procedure

2.1. The User independently selects the performance, date, time and available seats in the auditorium through the Mini App.

2.2. The selected seats are temporarily reserved for the Buyer for a period of 5 (five) minutes (Hold). If payment is not made within this time, the reservation is cancelled and the seats are released for general sale.

2.3. Payment is made by non-cash means in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS) through the official payment systems (CLICK, Payme, Uzum).

2.4. The ticket price, the selected seats and the total amount are shown before proceeding to payment. Payment is confirmed only by the status the Theatre receives from the payment system; a message, screenshot or bank statement of the Buyer does not in itself confirm that a ticket has been issued.

2.5. No more than 5 (five) seats may be selected in a single order.

2.6. Online ticket sales for a performance stop 10 (ten) minutes before sales for that performance close at the Theatre box office; the closing time is shown on the day of the performance.

3. Receiving and using the electronic ticket

3.1. Once payment has been successfully completed, an electronic ticket with a unique QR code is generated in the “My tickets” section of the Mini App and delivered via the official Telegram bot (@bolalar_teatri_bot).

3.2. Each electronic ticket (QR code) entitles the holder to enter the auditorium only once for the specified performance. The Buyer bears full responsibility for keeping the QR code safe and for not disclosing it to third parties.

3.3. A single QR code may not be copied, resold or used by more than one person. The right of entry is granted to the holder of the ticket whose QR code is the first to be successfully verified at the entrance.

4. Procedure for returning and exchanging tickets

4.1. ATTENTION: Ticket returns, exchanges and refunds of money paid are made ONLY at the ticket office (box office) in the Theatre’s official physical building.

4.2. No remote (online) refunds are made through the app or the payment systems.

4.3. To return a ticket, the Buyer must apply in person to the Theatre box office with an identity document (passport or ID card) and the electronic ticket (QR code and order number).

4.4. A ticket may be returned on the Buyer’s initiative only before the performance begins. After the performance has begun, or for past performances, tickets are not returnable and the money paid is not refunded.

4.5. If a performance is cancelled or moved to another day on the Theatre’s initiative, the Buyer is refunded 100% of the amount paid at the Theatre box office or, by mutual agreement, the ticket is exchanged for another performance.

5. Rules of conduct at the Theatre

5.1. Spectators are advised to arrive at the theatre at least 15 minutes before the performance begins. Entry to the auditorium may be restricted once the performance has begun.

5.2. Spectators must observe the age rating of the performance (0+, 6+, 14+) and the internal rules of the theatre. Bringing food or drinks into the auditorium is prohibited.

6. Personal data and privacy

6.1. The Theatre processes the User’s data (Telegram ID, name) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” solely for the purpose of providing the service and issuing tickets.

6.2. The Theatre does not request or store full bank card details, PIN codes, passwords or one-time confirmation codes. Such data are processed only on the secure side of the relevant payment system or the Bank.

7. Limiting and controlling the risk of fraudulent transactions

7.1. The Theatre applies organisational and technical measures to detect and limit suspicious transactions: the use of secure communication channels, verification of payment statuses, monitoring of the integrity of payment notifications, and cooperation with the Bank and the payment systems.

7.2. Taking into account risk signals and restrictions received from the Bank and the payment systems, the Theatre is entitled to temporarily suspend, restrict or decline a transaction until its lawfulness has been verified. The measures are set out in detail on the “Payment security and fraud protection” page.

8. Obligations of the Buyer and handling of enquiries

8.1. The Buyer must not disclose Telegram account details, card details, passwords or confirmation codes to third parties and must notify the Theatre or the Bank immediately if a suspicious transaction is detected.

8.2. On matters concerning an order, a return or a suspicious transaction, the Buyer contacts the Theatre through the contact channels below. The Theatre considers the enquiry together with the payment system and the Bank, within the scope of its authority.
