Is it right for my child?
What it teaches
The play teaches children:
- to do good and be kind;
- to respect older people;
- not to hurt animals and birds, and to look after them;
- not to be greedy or grasping;
- to keep away from lies and trickery;
- to work honestly;
- not to lose hope even in hard times;
- to tell a good person from someone with bad intentions.
At the end, the play leaves children with this lesson: “Be a friend to the good, keep away from the bad, and always stay alert.”
